1. How Do I Place an Order?

Placing an order with Oak & Grace Toronto is simple:

  • Browse our products via the navigation menu or search bar.

  • Select your size and quantity, then click “Add to Cart.”

  • Go to your cart and click “Checkout.”

  • Follow the secure checkout steps to complete your order.


2. When Will My Order Be Shipped?

We work hard to get your order out quickly! Here’s what to expect:

  • A confirmation email will be sent after your order is placed (check your spam folder if needed).

  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days for quality control and packing.

  • Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

3. Can I Track My Order?

Absolutely!
Use the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email to monitor delivery progress.
Please note that tracking may take 1–3 business days to update.


4. I Entered the Wrong Delivery Address. What Should I Do?

Mistakes happen! If you notice an address error:

  • Contact us immediately at info@oakandgrace-toronto.com or reply to your order confirmation email.

  • Address changes can be made within 3 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to update it once processing begins.


5. How Long Does Shipping Take?

Shipping times vary depending on your region. Most orders are delivered within:

  • 5–10 business days after shipment for Canadian orders

  • International delivery times may vary. Check our Shipping Policy for detailed estimates.

We process and package every item with care to ensure a smooth experience.


6. Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes, cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order.
To cancel, email info@oakandgrace-toronto.com as soon as possible.

If your order has already shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — but you may return it after delivery.


7. What Is Your Refund & Return Policy?

We offer a 30-Day Return Guarantee for defective, damaged, or unwanted items (see conditions).

To return an item:

  1. Email info@oakandgrace-toronto.com to request a return form.

  2. Ensure the item is unused and in original packaging.

  3. Ship it back to us (return shipping is the customer’s responsibility).

  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds are not available for items still in transit.

  • Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition.

8. What Currency Are Your Prices In?

All prices on our website are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD $).

Yes, we currently ship to many countries including the USA, UK, Australia, and select EU countries.
